Farmer Linocut Print

This hand carved and handprinted single colour linocut print of a farmer staring directly out of the paper straight at you is printed onto hand made Japanese Ho-Sho paper. This was a linocut print that I sketched and carved without much planning and a desire to experiment with a variety of different mark making techniques. I particularly like the layers of different textures built up in the background for the layers of corn blowing in the wind and the atmospheric clouds.

Each print for sale is signed by me and makes the perfect gift or addition to your walls.

Paper dimensions are 396 x 281mm.

Please be aware that each print is unique and may have small imperfections.

This print will be shipped to you carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube or in a stiff flat envelope.
